Warranty Terms

  • Your product comes with 1st year replacement warranty. T&C Apply*
  • Warranty stands for any manufacturing defect- DE shape or sagging of the mattresses beyond permissible limits of 2Cm only.*
  • Warranty doesn’t cover any cut with a sharp object or damage due to fire .*
  • Mishandling/ any Damage on/in the mattress will not cover in warranty.*
  • Removing Tags/Stickers from the mattresses & Pillows will not cover in warranty.*
  • Pro-rata basis will be applicable on the value of the mattress at the time of complaint has been submitted to us and not of the time when the mattress was purchased.
  • Any De-coloring of the Foam or fabric doesn’t comes under warranty as it’s entirely depends on usage.*
  • Warranty does not cover Sizing issues, given by any dealers/franchises/flagship stores/Any 3rd parties.*
  • In all mattresses Sizes issues, Handing will be/by user/Client/dealer/mediator/Influencer/Designer/ Any Concern 3rd party only.*
  • Please keep the warranty card safely as it is required while claiming the warranty. Please make sure you have registered warranty online on the website*
  • Calculation of pro-rata basis:- End customer invoice value (without tax + without transportation) entertain.*
  • Any replacement from 1st day of purchase- Transportation will be extra, On actual bases.*
  • Only Manufacturing defect will cover replacement/repairing (Case to case basis).*
  • Failure to follow Rotation Schedule will not cover in warranty*
  • All disputes subject to Delhi Jurisdiction only.*
  • Tolerance of +/- 1.5 cm*t

1st year replacement With T&C + rest 4 Year On pro-rata Bases* (1+4= 5 yr)

NOTE:- All customized configuration mattresses will also come under the same policy.

Recommended things  to do for increasing the longevity of your mattress.

  1. Please rotate your mattress after every 3 months.
  2. Maintain Hygiene of the mattresses & pillows by changing sheets and protector timely.
  3. Avoid rough surface to put your mattress on.
  4. Remove all packaging from your mattresses & pillows to get the proper feel, Don’t use with packaging material.
  5. Avoid Eating and any liquid Drinking on the mattress.
  6. It is recommended to cover your mattress with a mattress protector for the long life of mattress.
